The
Biceps
The arm's
bicep muscle consists of two muscle bellies and two attaching tendons
that run up through the shoulder. Both of these tendons and
the muscle bellies must be treated. The tendons pass just
under the deltoid muscle and and can sometimes adhere to it.
When this occurs it impedes proper muscle function of the biceps.
Proper treatment with Active Release Technique alleviates this problem.
