Medial Epicondylitis
(Golfer's Elbow, Pitcher's Elbow, Little Leaguer's Elbow)

A chronic injury to the flexor muscles at their origin on the inside of the elbow.  Active Release Technique is an extremely effective technique in the treatment of this condition.  A proper biomechanical analysis of the patient's throwing mechanics is necessary to prevent reoccurrence and maximize throwing potential.
