ACTIVE BODY CHIROPRACTIC is located at 1509 South State Street, which is just three blocks South of the Roosevelt and State Intersection.

DRIVING: If you are driving, our FREE PARKING lot is just two storefronts to the south of our office (if you are looking at our office, it is just two doors to the to the right). Enter the driveway into the building and any of the nine spaces there are available to our patients. If these are full and you need help finding a parking spot just call our receptionist for some help.

L-TRAIN: If you are taking an L-train, the Red, Green, and Orange lines will all take you to the Roosevelt/State L-station.  We are three blocks South of the L-station on State St.

BUS: Any of the State Street buses such as 29 STATE and 62 ARCHER will drop you off right in front of the clinic. Exit at the State/15th street bus stop.
